Shipping and Handling
- Freight & Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Oversized or heavy equipment may require special freight arrangements and additional costs.
- Freight Notification: Customers will be notified of final shipping charges prior to billing and shipment. Customers are responsible for offloading equipment at the delivery site unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Carriers: Small items may be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Larger items (including equipment, attachments, or silos) will ship via freight carrier. International shipments may incur additional customs or brokerage fees.
- Delivery Times: Standard parts and in-stock items typically ship within 4–10 business days. Lead times for equipment, attachments, and special-order items may vary. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the time of order.
Returns and Exchanges
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason.
- Customers are responsible for reviewing specifications, compatibility, and condition (for used equipment) prior to purchase.
- Deposits are non-refundable once an order has been placed.
- In the rare case of incorrect shipment caused by All Points Equipment LLC, we will work with you to correct the issue, but no return or exchange is guaranteed.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be applied to all Florida orders as required by law unless a valid resale or exemption certificate is provided at the time of order.
Payment Methods
- We accept major credit cards, ACH, wire transfers, and company checks (subject to approval).
- Credit card purchases are processed securely and verified for customer protection.
- Orders for heavy equipment may require a deposit or full payment prior to shipment.
Backordered Items
If an item is backordered, you will be notified by email or phone. Orders with items on backorder may be delayed until stock is available. You will be given the option to wait, substitute, or cancel prior to shipment.
Secure Transactions
We take payment security seriously. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted systems to protect your information.
